TERM & CONDITION

1. Website Limitation

    • This price list is for Singapore pet shops only.

    • All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

    • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order made outside of Singapore.

2. Orders & Payments

    • Customers must check out at least 5 days before the delivery date.

    • Payments are made manually via bank transfer.

    • Bank details will be sent to your email after checkout.

    • Orders will be processed only after payment is confirmed.

    • Please ensure all personal details (name, address, phone number) are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

    • Deliveries are made only on Fridays.

    • Orders placed after the 5-day cutoff will be delivered on the following Friday.

    • Delivery fees are either fixed or vary by region (based on WooCommerce settings).

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or any situation beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

    • Due to the nature of our products (live animals and plants), we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of shipping damage.

    • If a product arrives dead or in poor condition, customers must submit a claim within 24 hours after receiving the product, with photo or video proof.

    • Approved claims may receive a product replacement or store credit, depending on our policy.

5. Order Cancellation

    • Orders may be canceled if payment is not received within the required timeframe (before delivery day).

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to out-of-stock products or pricing errors.

    • If an order is canceled by us after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

    • We strive to ensure product information (images, descriptions, prices) is accurate, but we do not guarantee absolute accuracy.

    • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues—direct or indirect—arising from the use or delivery of our products.
